# Trademarks

hms is a name of Bruket's, used for its software and for Bruket's official builds of it.

The code is licensed under the Apache License 2.0 (`LICENSE`). That licence covers the code, not the name: it grants
no permission to use Bruket's names or marks except to describe where the work comes from (section 6).

You may build, change and redistribute hms under that licence. If you distribute a build you changed, or one you
built yourself, call it something other than hms, or make plain that it is not an official Bruket build; you may say
that it is based on hms.
